Ten years ago, Claudia, an architect and spiritual leader with a deep love for the mountains, fell in love with Park City, Utah. The business team began with her husband, Javier, a visionary business leader and entrepreneur who recognized the real estate potential and introduced innovative strategies, and Pablo, a meticulous and structured corporate finance expert who ensured every detail was perfectly executed. Soon after, Claudia and Luis, Pablo’s siblings, joined the team, with Luis bringing extensive experience in large-scale real estate ventures.

They all started their careers in Mexico City and have international experience, enhancing their understanding of diverse markets and financial structures. As niche real estate developers, they focus on unique projects that create lasting value. This family connection is reflected in their name: GSTHREE—one Galindo and three Sanchez.
